He took a pencil and scrap paper from the evaluation forms, and handed them to her. He looked at the kid behind the counter. "Honey, are you okay?" he asked her as she saw her shaking. "Come here, sweetie." He led her to the toilet, and then he squatted down in front of her. "I'm sorry, but I need to help you.
