"Well, that wasn't so bad," he told Kallie.

Kallie was feeling scared. She didn't like doctors offices and the smell made her stomach churn. When they were in the waiting room and smile was filling out papers, she did something she hadn't done in years, she reached over and held her Dad's hand. She squeezed it tight. When she was a little girl that was her way of telling Mike she was scared and nervous.

Mike held her hand and patted it.

"It's okay, honey.

Kallie didn't care that she was on her Dad's lap at this point. She was scared and in pain. She held the clipboard as still as she could despite her shaking hands. "Dad my nose really hurts." She said just as the doctor called them in.

"Well, my daughter is really embarrassed because of a problem that she cannot control lately.

Kallie looked at her lap. She felt so babyish right now! She felt tears run down her face. She wanted to run out of the office right now! She knew she couldn't though, because her Dad said that they'd help.

"Well, before we just blame stress, I would like to have her more thoroughly examined," Mike said.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Dad! I don't do it during the day!" Kallir snapped. "It only happened yesterday because Ralph yanked me into the kitchen on my way to the bathroom!" She was so upset right now. Why didn't her Dad understand?

"I know. I'm not a specialist, but honestly, these things often have no other symptoms. If this is the only symptom then it is 95% likely that it's just stress. If you want though, I can refer her to a specialist, but I have to warn you, that the tests that they can do will be invasive and might not do anything but embarrass your diagnose further." The doctor said calmly.

Mike looked back at his daughter who had spoken up.

"I'm sorry, honey.

[Shy-Diapers]

"It only happens at night. I don't know why it happens. I just want it to stop!" Kallie said, tears running down her face. She was so humiliated right now. "I do other people's homework and they tease me. That's all!" Kallie was so upset that she barely felt the need to use the bathroom. Eventually she just got up. "I'm going to the bathroom." She muttered before heading to do just that

Mike was still not sure they had really done everything they should to rule out a physical problem, but he let her go to the bathroom while he went back out to the waiting room to wait on her.

As she walked down the hall, the issue was becoming bigger than she realized very quickly!

When Kallie felt herself dribble she hurried into the bathroom. She got her panties down just in time. Her panties only had a small spot on them, so she'd be fine. She dabbed them with toilet paper to dry them a bit. When she was done she went back to the exam room and got dressed and her shoes on.

"I'm sorry, but I'm waiting for them to call me up so I can pay the 30 percent we have to pay with the insurance we have.

Kallie sighed. Without a word though, she sat right in Mike's lap. That was something she stopped before first grade! She didn't say anything but instead leaned into him. Soon he was called up to pay and they were out the door. "Dad what are we gonna do? I don't want to see another doctor. They're just gonna poke and prod me. Please don't make me go."

"Honey, making that kind of promise will do neither of us any good when I have to break it.

Kallie nodded. "Okay Dad." She held his hand for comfort as they walked to the car.

"That's okay, honey.

"No. They don't do anything like that Dad. They just call me names and stuff. And then today with my nose but that's it!" Kallie said. She slumped down in her seat. She felt humiliated right now. "No more talking about it for a while okay? I want to try and be a normal 11 year old girl."

Mike nodded.

"You got it, honey.

"Okay...but can I pick the movie please? It won't be anything scary or innapropriate I promise." Kallie said. She knew if her dad chose the movie it would be way too babyish.

Kallie looked at everything on the shelves in each aisle they passed. When they

Mike squatted down to her, and he hugged her.

"You know what, this is a great idea, honey!

Kallies face lit up when Mike praised her. It felt nice inside.

Mike gave her the car key.

"I don't want anyone to connect you to these, so will do you me a favor?
