Zoey made it up to Chase's room after looking everywhere else just around the time Chase had finished having his diaper changed. She peeked into the room and when she saw Chase was in there, she went up to him. "Bubby!" She announced, holding her arms up for him. She felt like playing with somebody, and knew that Chase was never one to say no.

"Legos?" Zoey suggested after a bit of thinking. She was hoping to do anything to avoid her homework. She was supposed to be working on her reading during the three-day weekend, but it was always difficult to get her to actually do it.

"No." Zoey mumbled. She always did her homework at school when it was math or social studies, but when it came to reading, she would never willingly do it. "I don't like reading Daddy! All the letters move around so I can't read them."

"You can't make the letters stay still." Zoey mumbled. She would get so frustrated about reading that she'd start sobbing at points. The school suggested taking Zoey to get evaluated to check for learning disabilities, but that was right around the time of the crash, only about 9 months earlier. So for the moment, nobody knew for sure if Zoey couldn't read, or just didn't want to.

"No!" Zoey cried. She had been taken to numerous optometrists to check her vision but they all said that it was fine, so for now they had no reason for her frustrations. She pushed the pile of books away from her already being frustrated.

Seeing they were going upstairs to her room, Zoey started getting even more frustrated. "No! I'm not tired." She cried. She had just woken up less than two hours ago, and was no way in need of a nap.

Zoey hugged Chase tight happy to not be doing her reading. She sniffled a little not wanting to cry. "Bubby can we play Legos now?" She asked quietly. She knew what Michael meant by get looked at. It meant she had to go to more doctors, which she wasn't a fan of.
