my girlfriend broke up with me about a month ago. She was my frist girlfriend i ever had we where friend for 4 years then i told her i had feelings for her she said she felt the same way but now that we broke up she will not talk to me and she was really my only friend im 21and im afriad that i will be alone for ever because i was sick for most of my teens so i never really got to get into dating and i have social anxiety and she was the only one I could really talk to and i never told anyone about being abdl is because i think people will not understand sometimes i think im gonna be alone forever
