Shy-Diapers
Faith was 4 years old and at the moment, and orphan. Her father never stuck around much due to her issues, and her mother, well she didn't really know about what happened to her mother. She sat on her bottom bunk, coloring on some notebook paper one of the older kids lent her. She was shy and seems so fragile even by just looking at her. Link to comment
Ishigreensa
Ralph had been in the system to adopt for two years now, but he was repeatedly rejected because he didn't have a wife. Link to comment
Shy-Diapers
Faith sat on her bed with her stuffed Domo plushie that she never left anywhere. Her hair was long and the color of milk chocolate. It was in a French braid in the back, mostly so she wouldn't get it all tangled or stuck in something. No one told her anything about being adopted, and honestly, being 4, she didn't really understand it that well. Eventfully she wandered around downstairs where her room was along with the other 30 or so girls 4-6. She ended up back on her bed, not liking to leave her little corner much. This was where she was safe and loved, and nobody would ever hurt her. Link to comment
Ishigreensa
A little lady, one of the caretakers came into Faith's room and bent down to her. Link to comment
Shy-Diapers
Faith looked up when the lady came in. She listened closely, but didn't really understand most of it. "Okay." She said softly, her voice a little nervous and unsure. "Is he nice?" She asked hopefully. She didn't really have much experience with kind adults until coming here. She didn't want to go somewhere like her old home. Link to comment

Shy-Diapers
Faith nodded, and grabbed her Domo again and followed the lady to the office. She hid behind her, looking nervous and shy. She didn't usually talk to anyone her own age, let alone grown ups. She peeked around at Ralph for a minute, making eye contact for a few seconds, before hiding again. She wasn't really sure what was going to happen when he took her home. She'd seen a few girls leave, but they were littler than her. No one wanted a girl with Faith's issues. Link to comment
Ishigreensa
Ralph looked over at the little girl and smiled when he saw her peek at him. Link to comment
Shy-Diapers
After staring at the man for a while, Faith slowly let go of the woman's leg, and looked at Ralph more closely. She looked up at him, he seemed so tall compared to how little she was. "Are you my new Daddy?" She asked softly, her voice shy and quiet. She didn't usually say much, so speaking up was a little hard for her. She held her stuffed toy close to her chest and under her chin, as if he was keeping her safe from any harm that may come to her. Link to comment

Shy-Diapers
Faith got a little shy when he mentioned her toy. She looked down at her shoes, and held him out to Ralph, as if she thought he was asking to take it from her. "He's Domo." She said quietly, still holding the toy out to him as she spoke. She nodded at his inquiry. "I'm Faith. I'm four." Link to comment

Shy-Diapers
Faith smiled a bit when he didn't take her toy from her. It seemed like that was really the only thing she had that she cared about in the slightest. She took his hand, and held Domo to her chest with her free one as they started walking. She turned around as they left, and waved goodbye to the woman and the social worker. She looked up at Ralph as they walked to his car. "Mister? Why did you want a little girl?" Link to comment
