He always calls me a little baby and tells me I'm his cute little baby, and baby talks me and all that stuff. And he bounces me on his knee and cradles me...but I am just craving diapers and real play

well i say try not to push it on him you have told him now let him think on it and wait till he comes to you

if you want to wear a diaper, wear it, you might be in a relationship with him but its your body, he aint your boss, he can like it lump it, just put it on and wear it like its no big deal, start off with something like absorbent underwear and go towards a regular diaper. if you want to you can offer sexual favors(assuming you both are already in a sexual arrangement, if not, disregard it) when you wear one, leading to a pavlovian response when he sees you wearing it, like ringing a bell every time you feed a dog, the dog will associate the bell with food
