Here's to having hope

I'm just recovering from one of the worst episodes of Clinical Depression that I've had in ages. This one came on very slowly; indeed I didn't even recognize it until it was really bad By that point it had already sneaked past my usually effective defenses which left me with almost nothing to use in my fight against it I essentially had to ride this one out hoping that it would end soon. That took about a week before I could feel any improvement, and when that came it was small and slow The last two days saw a much speedier recovery so that now I'm almost back to normal; I'm much stronger now and there's little chance of anything causing a set-back or recurrence at this point I know it's only temporary; it's going to come back for another round with me sooner or later. That's the nature of the disease.
