pisspants Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 I also live in Wyoming and read the Casper paper it is very sad to see a small community suffer like that they are keeping their heads up but they were hit hard. A town of 1000 doesn't have the money on it's own to come out on top in this situation my prayers are with them all.
