Most of you probably know the site "adisc" but for those of you who don't I wanted to share a helpful thread about a checklist excercise. If you are just introducing this to someone else it may be beneficial for both of you to fill this out. Communication is clutch

Personally there isn't much on here I'd object to but I'm curious to hear what others think.

For the list below, if there's anything you're not totally comfortable with, just cross it off

DIAPERS

Wet: I enjoy the feeling of a soaked dipey

Messy:Honestly never messed but wouldn't be opposed.

You check them or he tells you: He/She might ask but naturally as a brat I most likely wouldn't tell the truth so it's probably best to end up just checking. The diaper checking ritual is a turn on for me. Asking in public places, CHECKING in public places would feed into the hulmiliation side of my abdl makeup.

Change after an accident or stay wet: I'm happy whenever I get changed

Who decides when he/she is diapered: YOU

Going out in diapers: Absolutetly

POTTY TRAINING

Any interest: Dunno how this would work with "diaper training?" but I think it would be fun especially if I was made to do my business in a little kiddie potty because mommy or daddy won't let me use the toilet.

Underwear, training paints, or diapers? I like Pullups because they're the closest to baby diapers I can fit into. I've never tried any of the "designer diapers." I have been waiting to expirence my first time whenever I find a mommy

Success / Failure: It would be fun if it was challenging (if thats possible)

Punishments: Yes...ones that fit the crime. Some examples might be corner time, soap in mouth, early bedtime, baby food as punishment? Crawling? Spankings, writing words, lose privilidges

Omorashi: Not really

BABY ITEMS:

Bottle: Whatever mommy feels appropriate but I'd be up for just about anything (even if she slipped a diuretic or laxative) I love juice and bottle feeding especially when mommy holds the baba

Pacificer: Yes

Ratte: Sure?

Baby Food: You would need to help get me adjusted but I'd be willing to try

PJ's: Umm of course! I love footie pjs. Did you know A & F sells a onsie?!?

Other: Can't remember the last time I wore overalls but I'd be willing to wear whatever mommy felt appropriate. You know, depending on where we're going...

Breastfeeding: One of my absolute favorites. Biggest fantasy is actually induced lacation I'm not even sure if that's possible haha one can dream...

Doing adult things while diapered or dressed like a baby: This is a good one...I think this is really up to mommys discretion. Depending on the actiivity / company present she may "change the rules."

Girly Diapers: I have a very secret and submissive sissy side so absolutely yes...I actually prefer the girls pullups because I think they're bigger

I would enjoy help getting me dressed: I am getting turned on thinking about it. I am imagining the connection and bond that's formed to allow such an intimate moment to take place.

Wear babyish clothing: Yes please when appropriate of course

Clothes are an important part of the regression: I've never expirenced much on the side of kids clothing other than onsies but I would imagine dressing "down" would certainly enchance the expirence. One of my secret desires and favorite story plotlines is "sissyifiction" where mommy would regress me to girly clothes. Part of the desire stems from the increased innocence at least I feel when I use girly items while regressing. This also ties into the hulmiliation factor.

I've never done an activity like that it really made me think I'd encourage others to do the same. Another catagory I might have is:

Personally I could do 24/7 but it would all depend on however my mommy felt. I guess I have very open boundaries regarding my limits. It doesn't mean anything is an end all "must" except maybe the diapers (when appropriate). For me the ABDL regressioin is primary about the expirence, bond & connection, comfort factors. Curious to hear what you all think <> (apologize for the spelling errors)

(P.S. This is less of a checklist and more of an interview formatted questionnaire to see what I like and not. A checklist most likely wouldn't be as interesting lol!)

Wet? I love them wet, it's like a bridge between dry and messy. So yep, I love my diaper's wet!

Messy? Almost as good as them being wet, but not quite. Still a yes though!

You check them or he tells you? Well, no caregiver so I check them myself. Would love if I had someone to check me though.

Change after an accident or stay wet? I usually stay wet for as long as possible before changing. Wet's always better than dry!

Going out in diapers? Quite on the fence about that one, so I'm not sure.

 

POTTY TRAINING

Any interest? To a certain degree, yeah!

Underwear, training pants, or diapers? Diapers! Definitely diapers!

Success or failure? Failure!

Punishments? Punishments are pretty nice! It's what I deserve after a failure anyway..!

Omorashi? Yep! Don't enjoy it as much as diapers but I still love it.

 

BABY ITEMS

Bottle? Yep, I use bottles sometimes! Of course, not all the time though. It's usually just cold milk as I just can't handle warm milk.

Pacifier? Also yep! Love pacifiers.

Rattle? Eh, never used one but it seems fun!

Baby food? Nah, I just prefer to eat normal (somewhat baby-ish) food.

Pajamas? Not exactly sure, I prefer sleeping naked in general (with a diaper of course) but it's always a good bit of humiliation when the pajamas/onesie you've been sleeping in is incredibly wet!

Other clothes? I do sometimes wear a housecoat over my diaper, but I also wear this embarrassingly oversized sonic t-shirt sometimes!

Sippy cup? I'll be honest, never tried 'em. They don't seem all too different from bottle's though!

Plush toys? There's one I've talked about called Woffle, he's just a happy lil' pup. Aside from a few branded characters (Sonic and Tails, Spongebob, etc), I also have three others, respectively called:
- Paul (Penguin)
- Kitz (Cat)
- Foxy (Obviously a fox!)
Just saying, little me isn't the best at names.

Other toys? Honestly, I don't have any other toys aside from what's been mentioned already. Well, baby toys at least.

Limited to baby talk? I do like it when other people talk to me like a baby (when I'm in the mood ofc) so yeah!

Limited to simple words/grammar? Yeah!

Limited decision making? I do want a bit of control over decisions, but over all I'd prefer if my hypothetical caregiver had more control.

 

PUNISHMENTS

Desired at all? Yeah! But only when it's deserved, don't want punishments out of no where as it breaks the immersion. Of course, this is all hypothetically if I had a caregiver.

Time outs? Yep! It gets the point across to me with no violence (not saying I don't enjoy a bit of that on my padded butt.)

Spanking? Yeah! A bit neutral on it but I don't necessarily hate it!

Scolding? Hmm, on the fence about this one. I'll leave it as neutral.

Forced diapering? I would enjoy that if I already wasn't diapered!

Limited diaper changes? As they say, don't threaten me with a good time!

 

ACTIVITIES

Tucking in for bed? Yep! Even outside of the ABDL lifestyle, I kinda like when people do that. Makes me feel special to them.

Naps? Well, a little guy like me would need a LOT of naps, so yeah!

Reading a story? Yep! Pretty nice!

Playing together? WIth other diaper friends? Sure! Even with caregivers, sure!

Watching kids TV/movies? Yep! Nothing's more immersive than a good episode of Paw Patrol!

Bathing? Well, if I wasn't bathed, I'd be a VERY stinky baby! So yeah!

Dressing? Ehhh, just say neutral for now.

Tickling? Sure! I don't mind a bit of tickling, especially if it gets a stream out me!

Breastfeeding? Nah, that's the only thing I'm completely out of. Never seen the enjoyment but you do you.

Doing adult things while diapered or dressed like a baby? Only in diapers, I usually spend most of my time wearing diapers so of course I'm gonna be doing adult activities in them (both adult stuff and adult adult stuff).
