A baby that grew up

I've been an avid diaper lover for some time now, but only recently joined and became active in this site. I love wearing diapers (who doesn't?), but I want to get into the mommy(ish) side of things. So I guess you could say I grew up. My boyfriend Roger is completely accepting of this idea, and has even asked to be treated like a sissy. I've never been a mommy before (heck, I still can't get my OWN diapers on straight), so I'm really scared. Also, I still enjoy wearing diapers so I feel like this could bring up some issues. What should I do?
