had a pack delivered today. I am in bed owing to a recent car crash, so when the incont nurse turned up I was keen to try them out. Very impressed so far . The incont nurse said that she had not seen these before and was interested to know how they performed. I was changed at 2 o'clock this afternoon and the nurse is due back at 7 but she hasn't turned up yet, however I had a bit of a feel ,and the back is barely wet even though i have been lying on my back all day, not able to move too well.

well, i can really recommend the id diapers. I haven't been able to move around in them yet but i can tell you they hold a lot when you are lying down, and they don't leak poop from around the legs. The backing is very good it is plastic backed (which i prefer) but with a compromise between plastic and non woven side panels. the sides are like non woven but are actually plastic so they breath and stay up.
