They will meet you at the drop off at the front of the terminal. You can have your wheelchair already packed and ready to go in baggage. Link to comment

On-site and on the plane, the airlines will do all they can to accomodate you Get with them early, get their words in writing (a copied email with the header showing it's from them will do), then a day or two beforehand, verify with them that all is well for you.
