The Runaway (private with Valeria)

[robehouse]

Janice carries Valeria outside to a fenced in playground. She brings Simon out and lets him go on a separate area. She sets Valeria down on the ground.

What do you want to play on first?"

[valeria]

"I don't know i never really been on a pway ground before" i look up at you as i then looked around unsure on what to do first.

[robehouse]

"We could go on the swings for awhile or go down the slides. You can ride the see saw, play in the sandbox, ride the bouncy horse. Lot's of different things. Let's start with the swings."

[valeria]

I held on to the swing as i get a bit scared on it as if i was scared that something could happen.

[robehouse]

Janice sees a scared look on Valeria's face.

[valeria]

I nod my head alittle as i sit there letting you push the swing as i then wanted to stop " i no want to be on the swing no more mommy can i get off" i hold my arms up at you as simon barks wanting to play.

[robehouse]

Janice lifts Valeria out of the swing and gives her a hug.

[valeria]

"I...i want to try and pway with simon" i look up at you as i stood there next to you.

[robehouse]

Janice smiled at Valeria and took her over to the area where Simon was.

[valeria]

I giggled as it was cold and wet his nose as the ball felt wet as i then try and throw it as far as i can so simon could go get it as i stayed close to you.

[robehouse]

Janice watched Simon chase the ball, then come back to Valeria. He nuzzled her again and sat down in front of her with the ball in his mouth.

[valeria]

I held my hand out as i say "simon drop the ball" once he dropped it i then say "good boy" i then throw the ball as it landed by the tree as simon found it and brought it back to me.

[robehouse]

Janice smiles as she watches Valeria plays with Simon. She sits down on the ground and has Valeria sit next to her. She has Simon come over and sit on the other side of her

"Valeria, you are doing very good with Simon. Would you like to try and pet him? You need to be slow. I'll watch him so you don't need to worry. But if you would rather not,I will understand.i will not make you do anything you don't want to do, ever."

[valeria]

"i...i guess i will try mommy" i look at you as i say there next to you as you can't get over how much you missed hearing someone call you mommy and don't really want it to end.

[robehouse]

Janice smiled and hugged Valeria. She had Simon lay down and lay his head on her lap.

[valeria]

"Okay mommy" i watch you as i then try and do the same thing as i do it slowly as i let simon smell me first before i put my hand over his head to pet him.

[robehouse]

Janice watched Valeria and smiled. She gave her a hug.

[valeria]

"Um o..okay" i sit there as i yawn a bit

[robehouse]

Janice sees Valeria yawn.

[valeria]

I fall right to sleep for a few hours as simon had snook in to the nursery and laid down by the crib

[robehouse]

Janice came into the nursery and saw Simon laying down beside the crib.

[valeria]

"mm" i fussed a bit as i moved around not really wanting to wake up as i sit up and rub my eyes as i yawn a bit.

[robehouse]

Janice stood there and watched as Valeria woke up. She got her out of the crib and carried her downstairs to the living room. She put Valeria in the high chair and tied a bib around her neck. She got a couple of jars of baby food and filled a baby bottle with milk. she sat down and started to feed Valeria.

[valeria]

I slowly eat my food as simon sat there by the high chair as you feed me the food.

[robehouse]

Janice continued to feed Valeria her food. She smiled as she saw Simon lay down next to the high chair.

"It looks like you have a new best friend. Simon seems to to really like you. He doesn't want to leave you alone and wants to protect you. Now that Simon and you are friends I'll let him stay in the house. Maybe you can help me take care of him. I'll show you where his food is and you can help me feed him and I'll put a step stool in the kitchen and you can fill his water bowl. Is that something you would like to do?"
