The Runaway (private with Valeria)

[valeria]

I hold on to you as we stay in bed, i rest my head on your chest.

[robehouse]

Janice rubs Valeria's back.

"I want you to stay quiet today too, just so you get over whatever you have or had. Tomorrow we can go to the park or something, okay?"

[valeria]

"B..but i no wanna stay quiet all day it no fun" i pout as i look at you alittle bit.

[robehouse]

"You

[valeria]

"But that no fun i like running around when i play"

[robehouse]

"Let's get you some breakfast and then we'll see about you playing."

Janice picked up Valeria and took her to the kitchen. She set her in the high chair and put the tray on the front. Janice fixed a bowl of cereal for Valeria and put it on the tray and gave Valeria a spoon.

[valeria]

I slowly eat my cereal as i swing my legs back and fourth as i wouldn't keep still while i eat.

[robehouse]

Janice sits down and eats her breakfast as well. She smiles at Valeria.

[valeria]

I smile back alittle as i finish eating my breakfast as i then suck on my thumb unsure of what to do.

[robehouse]

Janice gets Valeria out of the high chair after she finishes eating.

[valeria]

You carry me upstairs to my room as i suck my thumb more getting drool all over me as you go to lay me down on the changing table.

[robehouse]

Janice lays Valeria down on the changing table and undresses her. She untapes the diaper and takes it off. Janice cleans Valeria with baby wipes. She gets a pacifier and sticks it in Valeria's mouth, replacing the thumb. Janice tapes a diaper on Valeria after sprinkling baby powder on her. She gets a dress out and puts it on Valeria as well. Finally she lifts Valeria of the changing table and sets her on the floor.

"There you go, baby. Go ahead and play now."

[valeria]

I go off to head downstairs by myself as i didn't want to play in my room as i go in to the living room to sort of play but wanted to watch tv but couldn't find the tv remote anywhere as i sigh and sit on the floor with a few blocks.

[robehouse]

Janice comes down to the kitchen and starts cleaning up. She can see Valeria playing on the floor of the living room. Simon comes in the living room and lays on the floor near where Valeria is playing, watching her.

[valeria]

I sigh as i get a bit bored with the blocks as i

[robehouse]

Janice comes in the living room and sees Valeria laying on the floor. She comes over and takes a pacifier out of her pocket and puts it in Valeria's mouth.

"I'll let you watch a little TV since you can't go outside. " Janice said, taking the remote control out of her pocket.

[valeria]

I don't say much as i still lay there on the floor as you put a kid show on to watch while you go back to cleaning.

[robehouse]

Simon moved over and put his head on Valeria's stomach as she lay on the floor. Janice finished up her housework and came back to the living room. She smiled.

"Don't you two look cozy. Simon, How about I let you go outside?"

Janice went over to the front door to wait for Simon to come over to her and let him go outside.

[valeria]

Simon got up and went over to the door as you go to open it to let him out as i still lay there not moving while looking at the tv.

[robehouse]

Janice let Simon outside and closed the door. She came back to the living room.

"Are you okay, Valeria? Wouldn't you be more comfortable on the couch?"

[valeria]

I shook my head no as i didn't want to be moved on to the couch as i suck on my pacifier still.

[robehouse]

"What's the matter? You haven't moved around much since starting to watch TV."

[valeria]

"I don't know i just bored theres nothing to do" i look at you alittle before looking back at the tv.

[robehouse]

"I thought you wanted to watch TV. You would be more comfortable doing that on the couch, wouldn't you?"

[valeria]

"I did but now i'm bored its no fun being sick
