I'm really liking the Depend Real Fit.

I don't know but try leaving some out of the bag a day or two before wearing. That may help i noticed that myself with these and the Silhouettes, but not so much to think about it till you mentioned it They do seem like someone added some starch to the laundry!

Fold them in half and poof them slightly like a pillow (carefully so you don't break up the padding). Works for me. Especially good to do with dry 24/7s, man those things are stiff right off the shelf, LOL.
