Nappy princess
I just wet my underwear for the first time today and it felt amazing as I was out of nappies until this evening yay. I didn't even realise it until I felt my knickers and they were wet. I have also ordered a soother and a baby bottle because my other ones need to be changed I can't wait to get my stuff. I wish I had one of those onesies that fasten at the crotch area they are so adorable Link to comment

Baby Brian
I've noticed as a general rule of thumb the term nappy is older and is associated more with cloth diapers. The term diaper is newer (and more american), and is more often used to describe disposable diapers. Link to comment
DaddyB1990
Nappies is still majority used in UK, (and Australia, I think). Certainly in UK no-one refers to them as diapers either cloth or disposable. 1 Link to comment

Baby Brian
It may be more that we all have different regionalisms across the world, and it may just be what I've noticed. But even here on DD it seems like more than half (a majority at least) seem to refer to disposables as diapers and cloth as nappies. Link to comment
