Ok, being nervous is ok and natural. Question is why do you want to tell her? Do you need someone to confide in or just talk to? Or are you looking for something else? Is there some other pain you are trying to open up to her about? The first thing you need to do is come to terms with why you want to tell her then it will be easier. It is never easy the first time to open up to someone but once you do it the weight is off and you can start the conversation. So the real thing to ask is what is it you are looking for out of the conversation? Answer that part the rest will get easy.
