Well I got changed by my girlfriend and her friend last night that I didn't really know (be jealous guys) haha but yes my girlfriend always picks my legs up cuz she says it's easier when she is standing between my legs

You could place a sturdy metal frame above the changing table with cables and pulleys to raise the diaper wearer's legs high in the air in preparation for sliding a fresh diaper under their bottom.
