As it happens, my diaper supply has been exhausted as of this past weekend.

I love the idea of giving that a go! I've had times where my stash runs empty, and the desire to wear kills me. A massive binge & purge everytime. But, even then, I struggle with this fetish from time-to-time. A battle of will and ambitions of being sexually vanilla come to mind, and at that point, I just don't wanna wear diapers. :S

It sounds like you've taken to wearing habitually. Like most habits it's nice and feels good to do but is less than exciting. Wearing diapers habitually is fine if you want to, it's certainly preferable to smoking or snacking.

My interest goes back to when I was a bed wetter until age 6 and was in diapers every night.

After my first extended 24/7 I was pretty glad to get out of diapers and didn't wear for a while.
