I try and comfort you, as I bring you downstairs and take you to the car, and sit you in the car seat.

[valeria]

I stay quiet as i suck on my fingers as i regress more being scared to say anything as i look out of the window.

[nappy_on]

(I hate going to the doctors too, especially shots lol)

[valeria]

(yeah i know how you feel i dont like shots at all)

[nappy_on]

"Sweetie, would you like your paci?" i ask as i notice ur sucking your fingers.

[valeria]

I shake my head no as i keep sucking on my fingers as i wanted to go home

[nappy_on]

After a few minutes we hear your name being called, and I push you into the doctors surgery.

[valeria]

I was scared and started to cry before anything happens as i manage to get myself out of the stroller to run off

[nappy_on]

I run after you, and I pick you up, and take you in. "Come honey, stop being silly" I say as I carry you in.

[valeria]

"nooo" i whine alittle as i cry more as you carry me in to the room and try to calm me down just as the doctor walks in.

[nappy_on]

The doctor says "Hello, whats your name honey?" as i put you on my lap.

[valeria]

I try to get away as i was scared but you hold on to me as you talk to the doctor.

[nappy_on]

"I discuss that we just adopted you, and we need a check up. The doctor listens to your heart, checks your reflexes, and then asks me to take your diaper off to check your temperature.

[valeria]

I get fussy as i scream and cry trying to get away

[nappy_on]

The doctor takes your temperature as I remove your diaper, he then mentions inoculations. I mention that the adoption agency 'gave' us a note of what we had. The doctor sees that, but recommends to have a booster.

[valeria]

I cry as i try to get off the exam table as i almost fall you grab me and set me on the table to try and calm me down before i make myself sick.

[nappy_on]

I give you a cuddle, as the doctor gets the needle ready.

[valeria]

I held on to you as i didn't want to let go as i say "daddy i want down'

[nappy_on]

"Sh Sh Sh, the doctor won't be a second." I said as you feel the doctor give you the shot.

[valeria]

I cry and scream as it hurts as i wanted to go home

[nappy_on]

It only took a second, when the doctor took the needle out. "There we are, all done!" he says. "Would you like a wollipop?" he asks. I give you a very sympathetic cuddle.

[valeria]

I shook my head no as i calm down as i wouldnt let go of you as i wanted to go home.

[nappy_on]

I take the lollipop in it's wrapper, and the doctor gives me a prescription for some medication for your bout of illness. As I bring you to the car, and strap you in your car seat I ask if you fancy breakfast at Mc Donalds.

I shake my head no as i wanted to go home i sit there in my car seat quiet as i rub my eyes and yawn alittle

[nappy_on]

I bring you home, and I let you out of your car seat. As you're in my arms I say "I think someone needs a nap!". I bring you into your nursery, and lay you down in your crib.
