Personally, I don't like the word "addiction" attached to wearing diapers as it implies that wearing diapers is in itself addictive. Drugs, alcohol, tobacco are addictive. I personally don't believe that enjoying wearing and using diapers is addictive, at least not at all in the same sense.

tried many times and failed until 3 years ago today my wife accepts it and I no longer have any reasons to try and quit

Two days ago, I decided I was spending too much time diapered, or rather, cleaning up in the morning.

I tried a couple of times. My longest time without a diaper or anything of the sort, was about a month and a half.
