wolfpup2008
I want to share a few thoughts on the topic of voluntary urinary incontinence, hoping for an interesting discussion. 1 Link to comment
Bettypooh
Not liking 'grammar nazis', I refuse to comment on 'detrussor' and 'neurogenic' On "Zero Valves", yes there is some other natural constriction that reduces flow, but very little. This is mainly found in males when in a sitting position- on standing the urethra unkinks and you leak. Add in having SI and you learn to hold on tight when you rise from sitting Link to comment
mahleedl
"Zero Valves" is not completely achievable shy of surgery. Link to comment
Billiardnut
I honestly think if there were a simple way to make yourself inocntinent it would be out there. I am sure there is a doctor or two who would perform the medical procedure(s) required to make you incontinent. Three obvious problems here is finding that doctor, paying for the procedure(s), and traveling to the location. I have read many many different suggestions, many seem dangerous and/or insane. Blefyr
In my belief - the desire to become incontinent (Urinary) could have different approaches. Link to comment
wolfpup2008
...combination of retraining, reduced muscle tone in pelvic floor and sphincters, and reduced bladder capacity.... Resulting in OAB, stress and urge incontinence. That sums it up te approach I'd trust the most, short of any type of surgery. Thanks! Link to comment
