In my belief - the desire to become incontinent (Urinary) could have different approaches.

hmm although only approx two weeks in the 24/7 - I still have problems with the relaxing thing, I still get the urge to pee, and then just pee....other times, I just stand still and fokus, even that I at the moment don't need to pee..then I can feel an urge coming and I try relax...maybe after a couple of months I'll learn / get the habit of just letting go without feeling any sensation in the lower regions.. Usually I think I'm clinching and not even are aware of it...then I try relax.

How long before the bladder and muscles begin showing sign og OAB and weakness? Although I know it differs from person to person.. I've only one week in wearing 24/7, however it's already natural for me to go in my diaper....try and relax my pelvic muscles all the time so my pee just flows, when the urge hit's me...

have been on a business trip where we had to take an airplane, I'd had to bring quite a few diapers..both in the cabin luggage together with my laptop and supplies when I need a change, offcourse also a lot of diapers and in the suitcase.

Great haring others success stories, however they makes me wonder. Did all who actually accomplished the task of becoming inco. Start with some sort of bladder problems prior to the start. Or are there among those who now is joining the ranks of the inco. Crowd also some who like me, started out with a fully functional bladder, nerves etc.?

Hi, Just found the 12 months guide after intensive googling, after I made the committment to myself, that in order to be diapered 24/7 so I can gain my wifes acceptance of using diapers, I need to become incontinent. She dosen’t know about my desire to be diapered and the fact that I’m a DL, and there’s no need to involve her in that, as I hardly think she will understand why, and just see me as a pervert. I have always been attracted to diapers since I was a small kid up until know.
