Lanthey
It's amazing how one tiny little thing, like a friend ignoring you can ruin a whole week free of self harm and depression.... Link to comment
Bettypooh
What may seem tiny to one can be huge to another. Just today I was highly disappointed with someone here whose words do not meet their actions Yes, this may be tiny to them but they haven't felt what it's like themselves or they would never have done what they did in supporting an evil thing You know who you are if these words make you angry- now ask yourself why they do that to you Link to comment

Bettypooh
My irregular sleeping habits contribute to my depression We need to get enough sleep, but not too much, and it needs to be on a regular schedule.
