I need advice on if I should tell my one best friend who don't know about my infantile persona because most of my friends know but I have neglected to tell her so how do I go about telling her so she don't freak out

If the word is out among other friends, then the time to talk about it specifically will happen on it's own when another friend innocently brings it up Alternately, you can choose a time and place ahead of that, a method I would recommend over them having it revealed to them shockingly I do have to wonder how one's 'best' friend wouldn't know while other 'friends' do? With me, my best friends know more about me than anyone else- that is one of the main things that brings them that distinctive and honored title
