Enemas Not Working?

If you are just using plain water, then it can be fully absorbed into your system. That is what the intestine does after all (though most of it happens in the small intestine). If you want most of what you put in to come back out you will need to add salt to it. I can't remember the ratio since I don't really use enemas anymore but there are plenty of sites out there that have these

If you want cramps and a huge mess, just drink a lot of prune juice or eat a bunch of dried prunes, they will clean you out in no time....and they are good for you to boot
