I'm betting that the skirt wasn't that see through, but with some photo manipulation you can sometimes make clothes sort of see through. Either that or it was totally photoshoped by someone as it doesn't look like it would normally be a very see through skirt.

Haha, I know people will hate me for saying this but I think Kim Kardashian is really hot and would love to see her in a diaper. I remembe when another DL posted on here about the diaper incident on the Kardashians reality show and I pulled up the clip and watched it. I would have loved Kim and her sisters to make me wear diapers in front of everyone.
