Not so much a diaper reference but in the premiere of the UK show Misfits tonight, this is kind of a spoiler-

The two new characters a teen boy and girl end up locked in a small freezer laying next to each other. The girl starts wigging out a bit and says she has to wee and that she has a small bladder. The guy tells her to just go, he doesn't mind. She refuses to but when he suggests they both pee together she agrees. They discuss briefly how they're going to pee and the guy ends up pulling his out to go while the girl says she's going to go in her pants. You can hear a quite audible peeing sound and it goes on for some time. They also address it later when they're out of the freezer and she has a noticeable wet spot on the crotch of her jumpsuit.

Dang. I stopped watching near the end of seaside two, I'll have to get caught up.
