The Tel Tale Wet Spots

I had a brain storm, a while ago, on how to eliminate the wet spots on my pants.

Now this is all trial and error, for now, so we will see how it works out.

1. First I got out an old rain suit, that I haven't used in some time.

2. I cut the legs off of the pants, just below the knees.

3. I hot glued the ends into cuffs.(couldn't elasticize them very well, so no elastic)

4. Put jeans on over the newly altered rain pants.

If all goes well, no more wet spots around my pockets.

Yes but longer in the legs and more durable than the usual plastics. At least I wont have the wet spots, I hope.

There is a product already available that would be far more comfortable - plastic bloomers.

A Plastic Bloomer diaper-Pull-up is what i've been dreaming about for ages. it's high time someone actually made one! it would solve soooo many leaking issues.

I would not WANT to see a combination like that. it sounds like a mutant AIO on HGH with all the problems that go with it magnified accordingly and the price would be crazy. If you are talking about a throw-away it would be worse since they are getting away from plastic and I could not even figure the machanics of it at a reasonable per unit price. they would need a whole new set of machines and there is not large market for this kind of thing

Sears used to sell flannel-lined plastic bloomers in their Home Health Care specialog until about 1995 or so, if I remember right.
