Who knew the diapering industry was so contentious? It's almost like Apple and Samsung going at each other ;-) Kimberly-Clark Corp.’s Kimberly- Clark Worldwide unit sued a Swedish producer of medical supplies for patent infringement.

honestly I think the whole patent system should be thrown out the window. Unfortunately It will probably take a global nuclear war for something like that to happen.

If patents are to be effective, the holder should not have to bear any expense in enforcing it- that lack of affluence renders poor patent holders vulnerable while leaving the 'big guys' with the ability to harass competition with unwarranted patent infringement cases they have to pay to defend againjst If doesn't matter if you get your money back in the end if you didn't have any money to work with from the start!
