Yeah the pants are a good price but the shipping is going to hurt, and they might not want to ship to the US.

They totally ship to the US, and its unlikely that the cost will wipe out the savings on balance. They've shipped to me before and I was satisfied with the savings I got on clearance for pull-up cloth diapers.

Cosy n dry bikini plastic pants are the best. I have three pairs and the plain white are my favourite

The only thing I would be careful with those on is the leg holes - as the advert states, and as I know from experience if you aren't careful you can get too small a size and they cut into your legs if you're a little on the chubby side! Good pants tho if they fit u

The 4.5 pounds is $7.11 so if you bought 2 pair which shipping is same for 1 or 2 cost of pants would be $14.22 and shipping comes to about $16 so total is $30 ish.

That comes to about 15USD/pair. Now the $13 for Comco and the $14 for A. C. Medical is per order (A. C. Medical has a minimum order of about $35 value but that is not hard to exceed if you are even a half-serious shopper), not per item whch means that the shipping cost per item decreases as you buy more items. If you are serious about your shopping, then you will buy several. Also Comco has a couple of bulk packages that bring the price down further so the per item price with s/h goes below $13 for pull-on panties (see my reviews to get the accurate details)
