Stress Incon

As I have gotten older I am starting to notice some stress incontinence. I really wish I never did sit ups years ago. I feel like those weakened and stretched muscles are to blame for putting pressure on my bladder and causing leaks whenever I sit forward (especially in my car) and not conciously think about holding it. At least it's only a drip or two, but still I feel the loss of control.
