Verification Troubles

I had previously on my newer email made an account, waited patiently for a few days and still hadn't received the email verification. I use insightbb.com's webmail, whether that has anything to do with it, and am quite sure it isn't a spam filter issue. Then I forgot my password and without having the email verified, I couldn't get my password back. I'll abandon that account, but can anyone help me with the email verification for this one?
