Second Annual NJL "Jersey Boardwalk" Trip

Saturday July 23rd

10am Breakfast Munch at Perkins Restaurant, 149 Route 37 E, Toms River, NJ 08753. (Meet New People!)

12pm Seaside Heights Boardwalk - Meet at the entrance to Casino Pier at 800 Ocean Terrace, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751

5-6:30pm Dinner Munch at Aztec Sand Bar & Grille

6:30pm - 8pm or whenever - More Boardwalk FUN (Rides, Games of Chance and Concessions)

Hi everyone!

Mommy and I did a Munch Dry-run today of the NJL Jersey Boardwalk Event. We had a great time by ourselves - and we know you'll all have fun together!

Its going to be most of the day, so anyone who can't make the morning might be able to make the aftgernoon and/or evening. In case you haven't been there in awhile, The Aztec Bar is hopping on Saturday's. From the bar, there's a nice view of the ocean, pier and boardwalk - the people watching is fun! There are loads of things to do - or just people watch. I did the whole thing in diapers like the adult baby I am, and since I was wearing baggy shorts and a long, loose, breezy shirt I fit right in, never once felt out of place. Even while using my diapers on the pier, overlooking the beach. We've done this trip before - its always a blast, you don't even know where the time went.

It was better than we thought it could be! We held it regardless of the heatwave - hey, this is Jersey...we're used to that!

Perkins was a decent breakfast place, we had some technogeek conversations that'd blow your mind. I kinda love that stuff myself.

One AB cutie (also a member here) actually "bumped into" Snookie while walking by (she was totally unaware of either Snooky, the cops or the filming crew since she's from PA) and the cops freaked but couldn't do anything since she was in the pedestrain passing lane. That's teach snooky to really rules the boardwalks - Little Diaper Girls!

During the afternoon, some of us sought refuge in the cooling properties of the Atlantic Coast - AB's at the Beach! Hey, almost everybody wets themselves at the beach - we did. Some of us sought the cooling properties of the boardwalk bars and several cooling beverages were consumed. Well, we wet ourselves there too but no-one would know it. Loose clothing conceals padded bottoms quite well.

I got all little boy on the group, following them around like a puppy. One daddy had to stop to tie my shoelaces. Regression can be very cute.

Oddly the Jersey Shore Locals didn't turn out, turns out there are more of you around than you think. Too hot, too scared - excuses don't help you make friends do they? We had two from PA among us this time and last time we had someone from NY State. Next time please come out to play!
