That photo has been around for donkey's years and is a photoshop job by some guy who used to stamp all his photos with an 'L'. That photo was around when I was just starting to explore the net as a teenager about 13 years ago. The funny thing is, I browse Fail Blog quite often and her photo comes up surprisingly often and almost everytime somebody posts it's backstory in the comments and every time, they republish it again and again, which is a Fail in itself, I suppose [edit to add] After a bit of Google digging, here's the original: http://www.aurumh2o.de/Lohengrin/Accidents/In0062a.html Turns out the guy who did them is dead now...
