Of course Desitin as needed for diaper rashes.

I use wipes cream lotion powder depending on the babies needs at the time I clean my hands off with the baby wipes and then fasten the baby's diaper so the tapes will stick correctly

I found this really cool product a few years back. It applies like a cream but dries and acts like a powder so no fine dust in the air and it goes where you want it to. The product was made by Huggies and as much as I have tried, I can't seem to find it again. I think it was discontinued They marketed it for babies but I think it had more practical uses for adults who like the feel of powder but not the mess it can cause in the bathroom.
