I'm a single guy in his forties who sometimes wears adult nappies (usually Depends) under panties or, less often, briefs or boxers shorts. There is a fetish element to it although there are practical reasons too, such as if I'm going on a long journey or know I'm going to be a long time without toilet access. Also there are rare occasions when I've not been well 'down below' and the nappies have provided a certain level of security. On a fetish level I'm turned on by holding, desperation and accidents - both for #1 and #2. Link to comment
