Self-Harm And Depresion Help

i've been reading in this forum and saw that some people struggle with self-harm. i've struggles with it for over 8 years and still do a little to this day. i am 2 years and 9 months si free and want to make it to the 3 year mark which i never did last time due to a very bad relapse that almost landed me in the physc ward. i would like to lend any help to anyone who is struggling with cutting and depression. how i got into it is a very long story to tell. here are two accounts i have, one for youtube and one for myspace.

right now i dont have a facebook page but i am trying to work on it. deleated one account i had so will be a while before i can make it. though i am not a profeesional at this, i have helped many people give up self-harm and they have thanked me for it. check out some of my videos and i hope they are helpful to you

I sirt of stiopped being an emotional eater after diabetes, thouhg I find myself doing it again. Hopefully the relationship change will help ease the stress.

I just want to say a very heartfelt congratulations to the OP. That is an incredible acheivement you have going for you, and remember, there are so many people not just on this website but all over that are there for you.... there is support and loving and caring... don't ever feel the need to self harm again.... there are many members here who, as they have posted, have beeen there, and now you even have this forum to post in.
