Doesn't look like an ABDL to me. Something that is popular amongst artists/photographers these days is recreating photographs. I imagine that is all there is to this pic.

my first thought when i saw this was it was some sort of funny family joke thing... like the pic of him as a baby is 'notorious' in the family, so as a joke he threw the towel on under his underwear , tucked his underwear into the towel so its not visible then got over his mothers knee like that for the picture....

one time my brother rolled his underwear up so it looked like he was wearing a diaper and went and stood out in a sand pile in the snow with a sign that said "sun tan here" we took a picture of it... if anyone else saw if they might think he was wearing a diaper form a distance... but it was just my 22 year old brother being a goof....
