GORGEOUS Annie Sophocleous still sucks a DUMMY every day despite being 18.

She said: "I've never given it up since I was a baby. It's relaxing and it's so nice.

"If I'm in a shop and I fancy a suck, I have a look around, pretend to try on a couple of things and go into the fitting room with my dummy.

"If I see a baby all snuggled up in her pram with a dummy, I'm jealous.

"It's a comfort thing. A smoker needs a cigarette and I feel like I need my dummy."

Annie's mum tried to stop her daughter's odd ritual when she was 12.

Annie said: "I always started getting angry then I secretly started buying them again. She found them and accepted it."

The fashion student personalises her dummies with GEMS and she even has a name for them - Anabella.

She said: "I've only ever had one serious boyfriend and he thought it was cute.

"I'm never ever going to give up my dummy."

Having read the rest of that article, I don't think any of the people are all that freaky. And in many ways, I sympathize with Dan with his typo-checking tendencies.

Just started last night on BBC3 and showed the girl of still using her dummy and good for her

I have seen 1-2 that keep their food separate on their plate b4.But not like the lady there separating spaghetti & sauce. My Uncle would mix his food all up b4 eating.LOL Mom thought he was ....

It's a shame she doesn't seem to have picked up other tendencies. Likely, it will give her premature wrinkles around the mouth (like straws, and cigarettes)but it's still cute as hell.
