"Huge Retarded Duck" is a parody of Baby Huey that was featured in Dark Horse's Hellboy Junior comic book series. It's potentially offensive (there's some very strong jokes about disability and incest so be warned) but there's also some interesting diaper jokes and artwork. Even though I hated Hellboy Junior (the humour was a little too disturbing for me) I bought the graphic novel a few years ago just for the diaper content, but there are scans available online now as well... http://www.thadkomorowski.com/2010/04/huge-retarded-duck/ Diapers are mentioned in some of the other stories as well; the character of Hellboy Jr. (supposedly a baby version of Hellboy, although the series isn't canon with actual Hellboy comics) is a parody of Hot Stuff and wears diapers all the time.

A while back I heard about a blooper reel on one of the Nip/Tick DVDs in which Julian McMahon wore a diaper to prank his co-star Dylan Walsh (who co-incidentally wore a diaper in one of the actual episodes). It caught my attention becauuse I've always found him quite sexy. I couldn't find the clip at the time, and wasn't going to buy the DVD just for that since I'm not a big fan of the show. However, I recently found the clip as part of a McMahon fan video on YouTube. It's very brief, but you can see it. The diaper is actually thicker than I expected, I'm quite impressed. The diaper part starts around the 0.55 mark.
