I believe that is a Tranquility Overnight Pull-up. Note that the wetness indicator spells out "F R O N T".

It's definitely a Tranquility pull-up. I use them pretty frequently and they have the same "front" and "back" markings along with some blue at the very top of the diaper on the back side to indicate which side is "back" in case you can't read, I suppose.

yeah it looks like a standard generic diaper, I have the same bought from walgreen's certainty
