Assuming that the psycho-sexual evaluation doesn't show up that he's simply a fetishist with no underlying incontinence problem and if his back story checks out, I doubt he'll get a harsh sentence. He shouldn't have done it, he probably knows he shouldn't have done it but clearly his f'ed up childhood is going to enter into mitigation here.

If everything in the story is true, he needs a psychiatrist, not a prison cell.

Def needs mental help. Maybe SOME jail time so he gets the point, but without professional help he'll go right back out there.
