Secure Personal Care X-Plus Underwear?

Has anyone here used these? Just wondering how they are.

My Wife and I are huge fans of the Secure X-Plus Diapers. They are the best!

As for the Pull-ups they are the only ones I have ever worn that hold my 'accidents' without leaking. Also the padding comes up higher in the front than the others too (good for guys).

However, the mediums have tight leg holes.

I wear a size 34 pants and weigh about 210lbs.

That's good to hear. I wear a 42 pants but have chunky legs so I went with the large. Hope they fit. Might get some briefs for night time if these are as good as they say.

They were among the best disposables I've tried, though I was allergic to them too. They leaked with a heavy wetting though, especially if I was walking when it happened. Not cool. Still with gauze prefold and plastic pants. I'd try the pullups, but the rash isn't worth it.
