Thinking About Making Myself Incontient

ok all you boys and girls ive had this diaper fetish for a couple of years now and ive realized it would be alot more comfy just wearing 24/7 365.

ive started to make myself incontient both urinarly and with my bowels. the way ive been doing it is that i dont try to go number one or two i just let it go and the weird thing is that its working just relaxing.

i wanna know if this has worked for anyone else or if it would work for anyone else and if you have any pointers like taking laxitives and urinants.

Don't do laxitives at all if you can, doing laxitives throws your natural movements off, and then it is hard to get back to where you were, what winds up happening is your body gets addicted to the laxitives and you can't go anyother way.

I was there, and was addicted for years and years, it never did straighten out again, so now I do daily enemas and that is addicting also, but for me I can't go anyother way.

If you need an occasional laxitive try useing prune juice, like everyother laxitive it takes anywhere from 6 to 8 hours to work, but it's not chemicals just prunes and more natural.

Just remember that what you untrain will take time to retrain again. Being truly incontent isn't always the best option. But if you can do it by relaxing and not taking harsh stimulants then power to you. If you want to pee, I suggest taking natural diuretics that are healthy for you. Iced tea is a great one, so is beer.

However, if you want the liquid to be absorbed and processed faster by your kidneys, consider drinking the ice tea at a lukewarm temperature. You'll be doing your kidneys a favor because they thrive on hydration, and you body will love you for it because of the plentiful antioxidants. It'll also speed up body fat reduction to a small degree.

Go for a gallon of green or black iced tea a day and you'll be happy with the results. It'll make bowel movements easier as well. If you want to lower your cholestrol, you can add metamucil orange flavored drink powder to a few glasses of water and it will fluff up the stool. Softer stool means less painful evacuations. And you'll have the added bonus of better colon health and lower cholestrol/triglyceride levels. A glass of the stuff 3 times a day should do the trick.

Another tip to make life easier... eat yogurt when you take the fiber. The bacteria in yogurt eats the fiber and populates best when there is sufficient insoluable fiber (psyllium) to consume. These microorganisms also fight candida yeast which thrives on the typical american diet of simple carbs and too much sugar.

Oh did I forget to mention that the bacteria in yogurt will also make your poop smell less rancid? Well it will. It won't smell nice, but it won't reak. And the poop from a high fiber diet also tends not to stick like glue or paste to your skin. It's an added bonus. If you take a crap in a toilet (ha ha ha... I know it's not your goal) and you have a "holy shit" meaning you wipe and nothing is there... thank the fiber. It makes the poop less sticky. The only problem is that while it'll be as hard as soft serve ice cream and flow out of you... it will be about 3 to 4 times the amount you probably go now.

I happen to use the toilet because I don't wear diapers. But to give you a clue on the volume enhancement... I started the high fiber diet for health reasons and would weight myself before and after the morning business. Guess what... I went from shitting half a pound of body weight to almost 4 pounds of waste evacution. You could say that my mass went up by almost 8X the amount.

For those of you babies looking for a VERY full diaper, this is definitely the way to go. Less pain, better health, and a hot diaper load so heavy that the fastner tapes might give out.

I use this on my little girl on the weekend and she's never failed to fill her bambinos. In fact, she sleeps on a mattress pad because it's leaked out between the heavy urination and the poop. For those of you who use the bambinos product, you know that it is GREAT against leaks. So the fact she stresses it to failure in 8 hour night should tell you how effective this method is.
