Get those footy jammies on and get into bed, and stay there untill you feel better, I was sick a few weeks ago, it started with a sore throat and then went into a nasty cold, it lasted a week or 2 untill I felt better.

But the first few days were awful, and I'm sure if I didn't stay in bed for that day it would have been worse.

Those jammies make all the difference when your sick, even if you have to get up you take your warmth with you.
