Diaperstation Not Responding To Emails

how did you pay? paypal? credit card? With the kind of time its taking, and no replies to email, I'd just file a complaint with whatever payment method you chose. If it was credit card, has the payment shown up on your statement yet?

When you file a complaint (if its a credit card) find what name the company goes under (because I'm sure you don't want to tell the person that you want to complain about "diaperstation"). It should be listed somewhere on the site. Most adult companies (medical, fetish, porn, etc) will have an official company name that will show up on transactions to protect the privacy of their customers.

Six weeks ago for me. Billed my credit card, does not respond to emails. I am filing a report with my CC company tomorrow. They bill and do business as "Worldwide Interactive"

Their web site was still up as of yesterday. I have had no problems with the before with orders. This one was for $170.00. I have sent them four emails requesting order status, but no response. The OP's experience leads me to believe they just may be kaput..

you should be able to get a phone number if you know the official corporate name under which they operate, instead of sending an email which they may not even read for weeks, given the amount of email some websites get, they may not have even got to yours. Try calling instead, to find out if they are still in business and if so what happened to your order.

Be advised, everyone: Diaperstation is no longer in business.

While the website may still be on-line, they ceased operations about 8 months ago. There are still quite a few AB/DL supply stores you can go to on-line, to find what you need. But Diaperstation is not one of them. Fetware is one of the most reliable stores I know of. I hope you can get your money back. My apologies for not posting this news back in February, when I first learned of it.

They're clearly irresponsible--eight months after going out of business, they leave the site up and allow people's credit cards to be charged--so even if they ever re-open, I'll be sure never to do business with them.

Nice of them to continue to collect money. They are still in business enough to process credit card transactions and paying the vendor fees, but not fill orders. I contacted my CC company, and I have to provide the details in writing to them in order to enter a formal dispute.

If you ordered from them and payed by credit card, your company may require you to provide them with some or all of the info above.

An update for those having problems getting products from Diaperstation: After having placed an order with them in July of this year, no response or answers to email, despite having charged my credit card, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, giving them company names, phone numbers addresses.

My credit card company wants details of the transaction such as what was ordered, etc. Kind of embarrassing to tell them I ordered cloth diapers, plastic pants, diaper pins etc. You would think I would be over this by now, being incontinent and having to wear at night.

Anyway, to the point: Today October 28th I received an email from Worldwide (their "official" business name) telling me my order was shipped today.

This cautionary tale is to inform that if you ordered from them, you might still get what you paid for. They probably are out of business per se, even though their site is up and looks like it has been updated.

If you are thinking about ordering from them, think twice. If anyone here is more in-the-know than me with respect to their status, maybe you can weigh in on this thread.
