I'm about to do some research. I'm trying to find out which plastic backed medical diapers are worth it. I've contacted LL Medico, Healthwick, and Carewell asking what they carry. The list is: Tranquility ATN Tranquility Slimline NorthShore MegaMax, Lite, and Supreme Abena Abriform L4 BetterDry Mega Inspire+ InControl BeDry Premium Seni Super Quatro Wellness (the NASA brief) Of these, I've used recently the NorthShore brands. In the past I've used the Tranquility ATN, tried the SlimLine, Wellness, and used Abenas. I think I have tried the BetterDry too. I'm pretty sure I have not used the Senior, InControl or Mega Inspire. I'm sure that there are others, Forsite for example (which I've also tried). Does anyone have any further suggestions, for either retailers or plastic medical diapers, please no AB diapers? It's kind of sad the list is so short.

I am looking for some feedback on what you as the community and fellow diaper lovers and/or wearers on what the best thick padded snug fitting diaper with plastic backing in which you get that feel and crinkly sound like vintage pampers but in an adult diaper. I like that thick padded feel between my legs and that plastic crinkly sound. The ones I have tried have fallen short of satisfaction and have had to wear two diaper at a time and it was still a letdown I have even resorted to buying the size 7 pampers and peeling off the cloth backing to expose the kinda plastic backing and then piecing the diapers together to get the front to back size then duck taking the the middle usually have to do that about 3.times then placing them in top of each other then taping the 3 layers together then trimming another diaper to lay over the tape area that way it don't stick to my crotch it is a snug fit but it isn't . So if anyone has some useful feedback I would greatly appreciate it thank you

YIPPEEEE, I have managed to get my regular supply of tendercare plastic backed all in one night time diapers back. these are my all time favourite night time diaper, very absorbent and really soft and comfortable. Just to celebrate I have decided to wear these all through the day from now on as well, and support the company that makes these. Not too bulky and very comfy.

i found a box of 36 depends over night adult diapers, cost 40 bucks but when i was in residental living as a teen, i started under standing that i was a abdl or at that time a tbdl. my therapist at that time believed that it would help in my treatment if i was allowed to wear diapers at night so i was willing to pay a little for them. i put on on last night at 7pm central time and wet twice before bed and when i woke up at 830 am and it held all three wettings i wish that the depend of today were this absorbant. very happy with the money i spent i have 3 more from the 80s i bought at a good will last year.
