"Mommy will protect you from the wawa sweets" Emma said putting Mya down on the warm sand in front of her. "Of course Ill help!" Emma kneeled down in the sand next to Mya and started to fill the bucket with sand. "Who lives in this amazing sand castle we are building sweets?" Emma asked putting the sunglasses back on Mya to protect her eyes.

"Its okay Mommy will bring you back in the wawa later okay sweets? It wont be scary then" Emma kissed her head and fixed Mya's bow that had fallen around her neck from the wave. "You are still the cutest wittle mermaid Mommy ever saw!" Emma held Mya in her lap rubbing her back as her little girl started to calm down. "Do you want to make a sandcastle?!" Emma said after a few minutes of rubbing Mya's back. "Gamma's going to tan so she can watch?!" Emma said grabbing teal children's sunglasses and putting them on Mya.

"Its okay sweets Mommy's here" Emma rocked her holding her like she would a baby her head near her breast as she rocked her. Emma rubbed her back "I know sweetie wawa can be so scary for wittle babies like you" Emma kissed her head Claire sat down in a chair "Sorry Em I didnt see the wave" She said digging her feet under the sand. "Its no biggie Mom it happens sometimes its the ocean" She said rubbing Mya's back in little circles

"That would be perfect! You know Jessie turned her friend into her baby just like what I did to Mya! Im sure they would be the best of friends!" Emma said to her sister "Shhh its okay pumpkin we'll go get Mommy" Claire said walking her back to the shore. Emma got up and met them in the water where it was only to her ankles. "Oh my poor baby" She said rocking her as she kept walking her to the shore "Are your eyes all ouchy" She said as she sat down in a chair wrapping a towel around Mya. She got some water and flushed her eyes out. "There we goes"

Claire watched as she swam after the fish. Mya was going deeper out but Claire figured it would be fine. It wasnt deep enough to the point where she couldnt touch and she could easily scoop up Mya if she had to. "Its such a pretty fishy. Mermaids need a fishy friend" Claire told her "Probably we both know I love to spoil her. That would be so cute! Her birthday is next week instead of turning 24 she is going to be turning 1 again!" Emma smiled and high fived her sister "See I knew there was a reason I kept you around" Right as Mya was starting to get closer to the fish a wave came out and splashed her getting salt water in her eyes and in her mouth. Emma stood up watching as Claire picked Mya up out of the water. "Are you okay pumpkin?" She asked her

Emma looked out into the ocean looking at her baby "Good job sweets!" She called to her even though she was looking at her baby she was still talking to her sister. "I think she's forgotten completely that she's in her twenties. Like even her speech is becoming more babyish and I dont think shes noticing it" Emma told her sister.

"You can as long as you keep your floatie with you" Gamma joked following behind Mya as she tried to swim going around in a circle most of the time. "Its nice Im not gunna lie. I never thought she'd take to baby life the way she did." Emma said putting on her sunglasses and laying back in the sun

Emma chuckled "Well at least you wont burn now! Not that my little girl cares much" Emma laughed leaning back on the blanket watching as Mya showed off her swimsuit that made her a mermaid. Emma took the tanning lotion once Emilee was done with it and put it on her skin. "Sure pumpkin we can go in the water" Claire grabbed Mya's mermaid safety floatie and put it on her before picking her up and carrying her out to the water. Claire brought her out to her knees before putting her into the water that was a little deep for Mya. Emma stayed behind on the beach chatting with Emilee.

"Thats right its you!" Emma said bopping her nose. "The wawa is so pretty isnt it Mya" Emma said as they got to their spot. Emma put her down in the sand and grabbed some sunscreen putting it on her arms, legs, and face or anywhere else Emma could see her baby getting burnt. Emilee and Claire each sat down in the chairs watching as Emma put sunscreen on the very excited baby. "Mya show Gamma and Auntie your cute swim suit" Emma said as she layed out her water floaties

"We are mermaid twins!" Emma kissed her head as she walked down the stairs. Emma jumped her back up onto her hip. "Here Mom how about you take the bag I dont want her to start crying" Once Claire took the bag Emma moved her to the other hip holding her like a toddler. "Whose Mommy's clingy baby? What wittle baby loves Mommy so much she doesnt want to ever never leave her" Emma said kissing her neck to make her giggle as she walked down to the beach behind her mother. Claire chuckled and told Emilee "Youre right she is attached to Emma. She really is like a real clingy baby!"

Emma picked her up and put her down in her new crib so she could go and change. Emma grabbed a teal bikini and put it on tying it in the back. She walked back over to her baby. "Come to Mommy" She said lifting her up "Look sweets we match!" She said showing her in the mirror that the teal in her swimsuit matched her bows. "Lets get down to the beach" Emma grabbed a bag she packed earlier from the suitcase that had everything she could need from diapers to snacks to beach toys and even an extra bathing suit for Mya. Emma walked down the stairs with the bag and Mya. As we go down stairs I hear Claire mention something about Mya not being that clingy to me it was way too soon but stops as we come down. "Here honey let me help you" Claire says as she goes to take Mya

Emma taped up the diaper. "Of course you can baby cakes!" She tickled her belly before going into the suit case and grabbing the bathing suit "Aww its so cute!" Emma put her in the suit and tied it in the back for her. "Such a pretty baby Mommy has!" Emma pulled out the hair ties that were holding the messy piggies in place. She moved her hair to the back brushing through it quickly and painlessly before putting the bow on. "And there we go we have a baby ready to swim!"

"Ha! Told you Mya is my wittle baby" Emma kissed her neck "Sure lets go to the beach! Gamma got you all kinds of beach toys!" Emma carried Mya up the stairs and into the room they would be sharing. The room was large with a king size bed in the middle of the room white bright white comforter on it. In the corner next to the bed is a matching crib with baby pink bedding in it. A large tv is hung on the wall underneath is a dark wood dresser. All three bags Emma packed are in the middle of the room where Emilee left them. "Lets get Mommy's wittle baby changed!" Emma took off Mya's yellow dress and set it aside and then took off her diaper "Baby Mya needs swimmy diappees for the beach! Yes she does!" Emma cooes as she grabs the blue swim diaper.

Claire shook her head "No silly Gamma's baby" She whispered as Emma came back with the bottle of juice. Emma looked from her mother to Mya in confusion before she picked her up. Emma rocked Mya as she drank her juice before she dramatically took the bottle out of her mouth. "You have to talk to Auntie about that Mommy doesnt have a mermaid. But you cant go see one if you dont drink your baba" She said putting the bottle back into her mouth. "Wait a second I thought she was my little girl" Emma said "Mya whose baby are you Gammas, Aunties, or Mommys" Emma said as she finished her baba.

Emma finished feeding her her pancake and went to go make her a bottle leaving her there with her Auntie and Gamma. Claire, Emma and Emilee's mom looked at Mya "Well she sure does look like a toddler. Her hair is perfect for one she the right size" Claire said looking at Mya "Dont tell your Mommy but you are going to be a Gamma's girl by the end of this yes you are!" She said to Mya tickling her neck Emma came back with a bottle filled with oranges juice "Uppy sweets" She unclipped her and lifted her put Emma moved her so she was cradling her like a baby as she rubbed the bottle nipple across her lips.
