  1. It's now late evening and I have another massive load. I wasn't planed it exactly but I had it.  It was huge. I had that  slow but strong mighty surge that completely filled my diapers. Is there anything better then that? I doubt it. That's number #2. I thought I would have had more but it was bigger so I'll just enjoy what I got.  I'll record the results as I go on the next day Now you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time. 

  2. I've been doing my loaded diapers for decades. I've never had any UTI's from very messy diapers. The poo is always from semi-firm to semi-soft. When I have to pee, I just lay down, face down. Eventually my diapers get completely wet but they don't get the poo really wet. Squishy? Of course. When I push my finger in the bottom of my diapers, I get a dent that doesn't spread flat. The poo pretty much stays semi-firm. Well, kinda semi-soft too. I'm on day #2 when I was doing some perfect "fiber loading". I put my diapers on them right after breakfast and a nice long walk. I just had an enormous poo. Mostly semi-firm. I did have to push a little but once it started, I just sat back with my knees up. The urgency was strong enough that the poo had a mighty surge that slowly spread right under my nuts. Yikes! I will be having more loads about every 4 to 6 hours. With all this fiber loading, the frequency will end with 4 to 5 poo's per day. I expect to enjoy 2 to 3 days. Volume? Probably a 7 to 8 pounder. Maybe a 10 pounder if I'm lucky. Now you'll have ti excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  3. I'm in the beginning of a massive "fiber loading" program that had me 2 gigantic loads today. I really feel a very strong urge again so when I go to bed, I know I'll be having another huge load. So when I go to sleep, I'm knowing the urgency will hit me again tomorrow so I'll have at least 4 monstrous loads as I get up. You got it. An epic squish. Maybe a couple squishes. I'm going to have a jerking poogasm climax with my diapers. Now you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  4. So, how much fiber loading did I do? Well , my "program" is usually like this : on day #1 -  I start with a little yoga and stretching. Then I have breakfast with about 2 cups of Total cereal with skim milk (fiber 8 grams ~ 28 %).  Then 2 large glass of Metamucil - [psyllium husk] (2 large spoon in in each 2 glasses of total 12 grams fiber ~ 48%) Then after breakfast I go for a long walk ~ an hour (about 3 miles) then hit my coffee shop. Next I walk home and looked at my computer for the news and facebook, dailydiapers and other sites. If it's nice weather and my boat is still  in the water, I'll take a boat ride. Afternoon usually takes me playing golf. (weather goes through March thru November) If the weather is too cold or snowy, I'll just hit my own health club. With the club being closed because of the virus I just do some weight training and more stretching. By late afternoon I'll have a sandwich with a Thomas multi-grain English Muffins (fiber 8 grams ~ 29%) and turkey or ham. I'll have another glass of Metamucil with only 1 glass (fiber 6 grams ~ 24%) If the weather is good, I'll sit at my deck watching the lake while I read a book. Later I'll see the news on TV. By evening, I have a huge bowl of Minute Rice and Quinoa (w/brown, red and wild rice and quinoa) It's usually 3 cups (6 servings @ each servings of fiber 4 grams ~24 grams for a total 84% of fiber). Later in the evening I'll have the same Metamucil with about another 48%.  Before I go to sleep I'll have a big martini. At #2, I use the same amounts of the cereal, rice and quinoa with Metamucil. For each day I get about 260 % of fiber. Yeah, I know. Some mega fiber loading. At day #2, I usually have a pretty large poo but it won't be until later when all that food, fiber and Metamucil settles my tummy. By then I diaper myself after breakfast, Metamucil and my walk. By then I'm about kinda bloated and I just stay home for the day. And the next. It can be difficult to eat all the same foods but I force myself. By around later afternoon I'll feel that urgency. Like I've said, I don't push. No straining. And I pee every time I feel it. I just lay back on my recliner and put my knees up. Eventually the urgency becomes so strong that it just slides slowly up around my balls. And of course, It's a massive firm to semi-soft load. Between today, tonight and tomorrow, I'll be having gigantic poos, about one every 4 to 6 hours. For each 2 and a half days I end up having a completely messy load in my diapers. My diapers are for Confidry 24/7 disposable over 2 larger cloth pull-on diapers and plastic pants.  Usually at the end of the second diaper day I have about 8 to 9 loads. For regular fiber doses I just use I large glass of Metamucil twice a day. But when it comes for some "fiber loading", you can always know that smooth, slow, monstrous poo's can fill my diapers. Kinda makes me feel "little". Now you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  5. I'm not sure pooing my diapers are healthier. For certain, eating good healthy foods makes BM's better. Whether I'm using my diapers or not, having a smooth BM helps with that fiber. I wear my diapers about 5 out of 7 days, usually for airing out my skin. As for my poo's, I always use good fiber food like veggies, a few fruits and lots of grains. I do eat mostly fish, chicken, turkey and a little with meat. Tons of cereal, rice and quinoa. Of course, psyllium husk like Metamucil. This will have some fiber producing BM's. I use it daily and if I'm doing some "fiber loading", I have monstrous poo's. I have plenty of large BM's, about at least 2 per day. When I feel like some fiber loading, I have enormous volume that really loads my diapers. I've never had heomoroids. For my skin, I always use zinc-oxide (like Desitin) and I also use Nullo (internal deodorant). Maybe a little sweet pungency not that death stink. For most people, I recommend healthy food and regular activity. As for alcohol, try to limit that. All of these are healthier for BM's. When it comes to diapers and using a bunch of fiber, I always have massive poo's. And great quantity, quality and multiple loads. But in reality, loading my diapers or just using the toilet, being able to have smooth BM's makes me healthier. Now you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  6. I'm airing out right now. I didn't have any rash, just a little sore from the elastics from my plastic pants. Usually I'm diapered around 5 days out of 7. My fiber loading is always just regular fiber foods and Metamucil. I once used dried fruits but I got the runs. Not a fan of loose BM's. I just get my usually semi-firm to semi-soft poo's. When I push my finger on the bottom of my diapers, I can feel the dent that stays right there. I always pee while I'm laying down. That way I don't get too squishy. For now, my skin feels great. I did use a bunch of Desitin and I always use Nullo. I didn't get that death stink, just a bit of sweet pungency. With that heavy load, I used some Gorilla tape around my waist and a little around my legs. My cloth diapers (I used one in large and a 2x) did get a little messy but I was expected with all that poo. All and all, everything went perfect. I think I had 8 or 9 massive poo's. Yeah, of course I really love pooing my diapers.  Now you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  7. I've had plenty of huge poo loads but today I had this morning that filled my diapers COMPLETELY. I was in an extreme fiber loading program that made multiple poo's with enormous volume and yes, plenty of urgency without having to push. I love that. I started the program by last Friday. Tons of psyllium husk (like Metamucil) with a bunch of healthy food. I'd  been doing this for 3 days. I put on my diapers on Saturday. Today I'm now at Tuesday afternoon. At day 3 and a half, I finally had to change them. From wearing my diapers I just kept the same Confi 24/7 disposable. I used 2 Babykins  pull-on cloth diapers with plastic pants. I used my handy pinwheel to perforated my disposable's plastic shield. When my cloth diapers became too saturated I just changed them and used another. I usually get some clean ones about every 24 hours. So I was at day #3. I woke up early and my diapers were wet but not completely saturated. I new I was going to have a strong urge. Still in bed, I just sat up and lifted my knees up. The loads I had were semi-firm to semi-soft. With that powerful urgency I just laid back a little and completely relaxed. I really love this when I just let the poo come out slow with that mighty surge spreading up around my balls and my dick. I felt all that warm squishy poo completely  filling that load. My diapers were so full of poo!  It was a real MEGA LOAD! I just had to have that jerking poogasm climax. After a few minutes I finally led a warm gush of pee.  Now that I'm perfectly clean and have some dry diapers, you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  8. Yikes! I just had another gigantic poo. I'm wearing that same diapers (confidry 24/7 over 2 pull-on cloth babykins  diapers with plastic pants) since yesterday morning. About 26 hours. Yikes! Very thick, warm and wet. And of course, very loaded. I have been in a 3 day fiber loading program that began with mega volume and multiple poo poo's. I had 4 messings with termendous semi-firm to semi-soft poo. Lots of urgency with a slow progression. Of course, I always use nullo (internal deodorant) so I only had a little sweet pungency, not that death stink. And with plenty of zinc-oxide paste (desitin) to protect my skin. I had my first poo early in the morning (#5) and at just around noon, I had another one right now. This one ,(like all of them) was epic. Just spread up around my nuts, the front and back of my diapers. Hefty? Bulky? You got it. I may be wearing a poo filled diaper right now but the only thing about it is that I'm feeling "little". I'll be having one of those climax jerking poogasm in about 15 minutes. Now you'll have to excuse me while I go do whatever I want, all the time.

  9. Like most of my poos, I had one today, this one was unbelievable. Yeah, I had the regular "fiber loading" I had been doing and I'd been sitting for a couple of hours. I've been wanting to poo but I just didn't have one. The urgency came and lost. Several times. Once I had a pretty good "lightly" push and only a small poo spread out.  But for another hour or so, this one was going to be a gigantic. By this evening, I just had to let it go. The urgency became so fucking strong. I finally laid back, put my knees up and completely relaxed myself. Within about 5 minutes, I had a very slow, warm, monstrous turd that was extremely thick. My ass hurt. I just couldn't stop it. It spread up around my nuts and kept coming up around my dick. Jesus, it just kept going and going. My diapers began to grow as that load continued to spread. It must have done at least 20 seconds. I've had some big ones but today, this one was one of the biggest poo I've ever had. I wear my diapers almost every day. And I love them. Big to small, I love them. But today, I think I might be one of most massive load I've ever had. Poogasm? You got it!

I've been wearing the same diapers since yesterday evening ( always use at least 2 diapers, 1 disposable under a pull-on cloth diaper and plastic pants ) and with all my "fiber loading" that I use almost everyday, I've had some massive poo's without pushing. Not sure why I love this, but when I have to poo, I just don't push. Like this morning, when I got up, I had breakfast ( with some more fiber ) and I felt like I was needing a poo. I sat while looking at the internet while the urgency began to increase. Even while I was sitting the urgency was getting hard to hold. Then I just relaxed. The poo came easy but by sitting, I just couldn't poo. Maybe a bit. But not by pushing. Then everything just relaxed and I didn't have to poo. About an hour later, the same thing happened. Didn't poo. No push. No strain. Kinda like being a baby. When the poo comes, I just let it happen. Again, no straining. Without feeling the urgency and relaxing myself, a big poo slowly started spreading up my diapers. I've trained myself to not push. By then everything relaxed again. No poo. Yeah, it's easy to push because we know we really have to go. But by not helping it, it slows that progression. By this afternoon, I knew I was going to poo whether I was sitting or laying back. About an hour ago, I sat back with my knees up and suddenly, I felt an extremely slow, gigantic poo slide up around my balls. Now that's feeling so soothing and warm. Soft. It went on for at least 3 or 4 minutes. I was then sitting a monstrous load that completed another pooing diaper. A load from last night and today. And I know I'm going to feel that urgency come again tonight. I've been doing some pretty big fiber loading and I think I'll have at least a couple more loads. Am I a baby? I guess. Sitting in a nice soft, hefty load that slides up around my dick, baby or not, I just like to sit back with my sucking thumb while that load sits in my diapers. Yes, we all love pooping our diapers. But how many of use that lets the poo slide slowly out into there diapers and really love that poopy cum?

  11. Do we have real "diaper friends"? I guess we all have lots of kinda diaper friends. But do we have real diaper friends that we have met in real life? Yeah, I have. In fact, I still see him over the years and he is a "true friend". I don't see him as I used to have in the past 5 years but we still get together a couple times a year. I've known him for almost 30 years. We got together back in the old DPF site, enjoyed our interests (golf and boating) and of course, diapers. He is now a retired teacher and lives in California and I always love meeting together in Chicago and in the west. He was the one who introduced me to "fiber loading" and using Metamucil. He's gay while I'm strait but curious. Still am. We have both enjoyed great "poogasms" and have changed both of us with loaded diapers. I've met a couple of "mommies" over the years but to be honest, they just don't feel the same. He and I feel the same interests and enjoy having gigantic po po diapers. Nothing quite the same we have together. Do others have those kind of friends?

  12. I love to wear some baggy shorts and a comfortable large shirt. I walk up from the lake near my coffee shop. Or sitting on my deck in front of the lake. When the weather is cool or cold, just loose, comfortable clothes. I do like to wear a nice 5 snap onesie under my clothes if it's not hot. When in public I usually wear a quality disposable under a cloth pull-on diaper (babykins #10700) and plastic pants. If I'm having a massive load, I don't have to worry about any smells. I always use Nullo so I'm not a stinky. Yeah, kinda a bit bulgy but I've never had any problems with that. At home or even on my boat, I'll use a double cloth pull-on with the disposable and plastic pants. Those can be a bit bulky but I love the way it feels. Just wear extra looser clothes. At winter, I've had fun at snowmobiling or some ice-fishing. I've had a couple of Chicago Bears games that had me having a gigantic load. One time I even did some "fiber loading" an ended wearing not one but 3 mega monsters. I do love my messy diapers. And of course, I love poo on my diapers.

     

     

     

  13. I know some people have a big poo and then just clean up right away. I just want to know how others like a massive poo and then have squishing my diapers and having a poogasm . For me, I really like to make some huge "fiber loading" by eating tons of fiber food and lots of psyllium husk (metamucil) for several days. I have to say, those poopings are one of the bests. A gigantic load for at least 2 or 3 termendous poos. It starts with a semi-firm turd and ends up with a monstrous semi-soft poo sliding up around my balls. Probably at least 3 hefty and bulky poo. My diapers are heavy, a little wet, warm and full of poo. Some of the best  fun is when a friend feels that load and pushes that poo up around my balls and making my dick slide up and down until I have an epic poogasm. The load spreads all over my diapers. Yes, the big squish. Anyone love that mega monstrous squish?

  14. Of course I love to have a massive poo IN MY DIAPER. On my face or out of my diaper? No. I kinda like my own poo smell, probably because I always use Nullo. I have a little sweet pungency that smells kind of pooy but doesn't have that death stink. Eating or smearing my poo (out of my diaper)? Don't think so. I don't have any problem with clean ups. But when it comes to pooing a monstrous load and squish on and around my privates, I have plenty of poogasms. If you call this scat, I guess I'm kinda "scatish."

  15. Lets say I've had an enormous poo sitting there in my diapers. I'm wearing my usual diapers, a quality disposable (confidry 24/7) over one or two cloth pull-on diapers and plastic pants. I really don't want my wet diapers to destroy that huge poo. My first load is mostly semi-firm. Usually when I have to pee, I lay down and let that load stay on top while facing down. The pee slowly soaks while I'm laying down. I always use a pinwheel for perforations to let of my disposable get saturated from the front. Eventually the pee slowly wets the whole diaper. But I don't let the liquid hit the poo. At least most of it. If I'm wearing my diapers for about a day, I can get them wet mostly saturated but the load doesn't get all totally squishy. Eventually I have another monstrous poo, maybe closer to a semi-soft one. With my usually fiber loading, the poo starts to spread up around my crotch. I still lay down when I start to pee again. Yeah, the poo starts to get a bit squishy but by then I'm pretty messy from top to bottom. At least it's not like diarrhea. I can still feel that big solid turd. Eventually I do have that perfect poogasm. That's the way I do it. Try it.

  16. So you want the biggest and messiest  load of poo. Easy really. Tons of good healthy food and some regular activity (like walking). You should stay away from foods that gives you the "shits". Nobody wants that. At least I don't.  Physical activities needed to keep our system working. For me, I walk every day. At least an hour. I also play golf almost every day when the weather isn't freezing. I hit my health club 5 times a week. Now for food, I eat regularly. I also use a fiber supplement everyday. I use Equate (Walmart) sugar-free daily fiber, 100% natural pysllium husk. It maintains blood sugar levels, promotes digestive health and it's gluten-free. I use it every day and I have at least 2 large loads every day.) When it comes for food, I also use healthy eating. Regular vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas and corn. One of my favorites foods is the mix rice (brown, red & wild rice) and quinoa. Very full of fiber. Also with cereals like oatmeal and Total (whole grain wheat). Don't forget fruits. I end up having some really enormous loads. With all my physical activity and food intake, I have huge semi-soft to semi-firm poo. At least twice a day. Now if I want to use some "fiber loading" (I'll use that Equate pysllium husk for a large mix about proximate 5 times during the day). By the evening, I'm kind of stuffed and bloated. The next day I'm having a gigantic poo. Monstrous. And not even that, I end up having several  massive loads during the day. It could spread out of my diapers but I try to stop any leaking. I use a larger disposable quality diaper and use of strips of tape around the legs. Helps keep from any leaks. I also use a larger pull-on cloth diaper (or 2) and always my plastic pants. Everyday I also use Nullo (internal deodorant caplets) so I can go anywhere without stinking my loaded diapers. I also suggest using some Desitin (zincoxide ointment) to keep my skin safe from rash. Not only the huge loads I get, I wear my diapers without changing them. End up having very messy diapers at the end of 24 hours. Messy? You got it.

  17. We had about 7" of snow on Saturday and Sunday. Here at our lake we had a fish tournament with about 100+ people. Perfect for me to walk down my deck to take a walk around all the little snow houses around the lake. I love it with the snow and wear my big snowsuit. Of course, I was wearing a bulgy diaper. It's always fun for wearing my diapers while I can walk there and talk to all the fish people. It wasn't long until I really had to feel that urgency. By noon I felt an enormous poo fill out my diapers. Yeah, it was huge, filled up around my nuts and back my butt end. Talking with these people was so fun. Especially when my diapers are hugely loaded. I love snowsuits.

  18. A couple times at work. I had my office always alone. It's my company. Before I retired, I would wear my diapers when I felt like it. Never had any problems. Now that I'm retired, I poo my diapers all the time. I do it at home and really love to do it in public. Shopping, going for a walk, the library, golfing and even on my boat. I always use a fiber supplement everyday and I have multiple diaper loads. And yes, I also use Nullo (internal deodorant) so I can poo my diapers without smelling other people. For others who poo their diapers at work, I really recommend using Nullo. And plastic pants. I have to say, having a huge load while pooping and talking is really fun. Try it.

  19. I love cloth diapers and have been using them for decades. I've used several styles from regular flat, contour and velcro closure. But my favorites are pull-on diapers with plastic pants. To have the thickness I like are using "Babykins" from their style #10700 (or calling them by "Kins"). I simply use a regular pull-on with a larger one over the regular one.. Bulky? You bet. To keep messy poo from ruining them I always use a quality disposable diaper. I simply use a pinwheel to make perforations for draining any pee. Of course, plastic pants. Indeed, a couple of pull-on diapers with the disposable one is perfectly thick. If I'm going out I just use the single cloth diaper with my disposable ones under my plastic pants. Some loose clothing keeps me free and happy. If you are like me, wearing nice thick and bulky diapers are the way to go.

  20. I've been pooping my diapers for decades. Going poo in public has never really been a problem. I wear diapers about 4 to 5 days and then air out my skin. To make it easy to go anywhere, I use Nullo (internal deodorant). I don't have the death stink. Maybe a sweet pungency but I also wear great diapers and plastic pants. So for going anywhere, I'm not worried about having a enormous poo. 

  21. I live in a 1 story home with lots of windows right on a nice medium size lake. Been living here for 20+ years. (before then I had a farm) During the spring to the fall I use my boat. I love to spend time here in the sun, especially wearing some bulging diapers.

  22. Poo has all kind of smells. I've been a 24/3 to 24/4 for years. While I'm not a big fan of those really stinking ones, I have been using Nullo pills (internal deodorant). Maybe a little sweet pungency but not one of those nuclear stinking bombs. Actually, they kind of smell a little "sweet." (If you know what I'm talking about.)

  23. For me, having a poo in my diapers can actually have the perfect way by not pushing. Yes, I know sometimes I really have to go and I have a very firm poo that makes me have to push. But I like to just let the poo come out. I do use fiber supplements regularly. I've been having them 3 times a day that includes 2 large spoons in 12 oz. of liquid. Along with plenty of healthy food and daily activity. Not surprisingly that I have at least 2 very large BM's daily. Sometimes 3 or maybe 4. Mostly semi-firm in the beginning and then semi-soft. I've never been a fan of loose BM's and thankfully I have mostly regular poo. During about once a week I'll do a little "fiber loading" by increasing food and Metamucil. Never really screws up my regularity. Sometimes, when I haven't been having daily activity, I can get a bit constipated. So let's say I'm in regularly normal intake, no real walking or not hitting the golf course and haven't had to poo for a while. I enjoy to just let the poo come out but if I'm sitting down and It's kinda firm, it just doesn't come out. At least all of it. Maybe it comes out a little but then it stops and relaxes. Like most times, I just lean back, watch TV and suck my thumb and touch my blankie. Eventually, I'll have to go again. After a couple of hours I'll give me a bisacodyl suppository deeply up my butt. I really try to relax, lay back with my knees up and with no pushing at all.  Ultimately, the poo starts to come, even though I'm not straining at all. Eventually the urgency becomes a slow progression and becomes an enormous load. Maybe a huge 12" turd that slides slowly up around my privates. It's only about an hour when I have with a mighty surge of another big poo. No pushing. Just let it go naturally. Anyone try this? That's the way I enjoy a nice monstrous poo.
